Thirteen people including Zhang Xiancheng, Liu Mandan, Lin Huiqiu, Song Xiaotao, Hao Bin, Xiao Yan, Wang Shenlin, Tong Hua, He Weiwei, Shen Weihua, Zhao Yun, Ni Jun and Guo Yun were elected.
