Shanghai Panda Interactive Entertainment Culture Co., Ltd. and Wang Sicong shall not implement high consumption and consumption behaviors that are not necessary for life and work.
According to the China Judgment Document Network, on June 27, 2019, the Shanghai Jiading District People’s Court ruled that the defendant Shanghai Panda Interactive Entertainment Culture Co., Ltd. should pay the plaintiff Cao Yue RMB 3,699,893 within ten days from the effective date of this judgment, and pay the interest loss from December 5, 2018 to the actual payment date, while Shanghai Panda Interactive Entertainment Culture Co., Ltd. failed to fulfill the payment obligation determined by the effective legal document within the period specified in the execution notice. Previously, on November 6, the information of the person subject to execution on China Enforcement Information Network showed that Wang Sicong was listed as the person subject to execution by the Beijing Second Intermediate People’s Court on November 4, 2019.
